Nitrotec engine

Nitrotec engine

Does anyone play on getting one of these engines? I havent seen much data on these to convince me to buy one other than the price. Would it be a real race contender or a flop?

well seeing that its made by novarossi it "Should be good"... but for cheaper i would go with a werks B5.. and the pipe 2013 which would end up around 300.. i think thats a good price for a proven engine and pipe set.. the engine is 200 the pipe is about 95

Right now i have a GRP 28 with tuned pipe and a vspec with 2060 pipe but what about replacement parts. I hope OS comes out with a Vspec replacement line soon. Losi shows the the Nitrotec in the 2.0 Euro buggy I wonder if they will offer that engine in the RTR series?

I gave my son a version 1 8T RR he wants to use to drag race. Any suggestions for motor other than the 454 Losi? :vroom3:

well you have 2 very good engines already... i wont worry about it till you break one...

as for drag racing... get the 28xz with the 2050 pipe.. you can fine the engine for about 250 on ebay if you look....... if he is into competitive drag racing you gonna have to get a drag modded engine
