Nuclear-RC's track is located in the old Parkton landfill closest to Exit 33 off I-83 north of Baltimore.

From the South, follow I-83 and take exit 33. At the end of the ramp, drive straight across onto Stabler's Church Road, then follow as below.

From the North, follow I-83 South and take exit 33. Make a left at the bottom of the ramp. Go across 83 and take first left onto Stabler's Church Road, then follow as below.

From I-83: Following Stabler's Church Road, at first stop sign (about 1/4 mile), go straight into entrance to the landfill (Stabler's Church Road will veer off to the right with no stop). Follow this access road to County facility on the left. Make this left turn onto the driveway closest to the bus parking lot. Follow driveway back to the track (about 1/4 mile on a dirt road). For using GPS systems, putting in 820 Stabler's Church Road, Parkton, MD 21120 gets you pretty close, but refer to the map and/or directions for details.
